Last summer I went to county for my swim team. County is when the top 50 best swimmers in the county go to Ga Tech to face each other in their best events. I did the 50yrd freestyle relay and another relay(still did freestlye). I even helped my team win one of those. There I learned something that has helped me up to this point,"never leave anything in the water". This is what one my best friends told me before we started(by "never leave anything in the water" he means energy, not an object). Ever since then no matter what it is swim meets, swim practic, gym or whatever I'm doing, I always try my best and give it all I got.
